Client Intake Clerk

Turning Point Counseling is a fast-paced office with 12 therapists who provide service to persons in Abilene and surrounding communities. The Client Intake Clerk will be working with a team of office staff that are responsible for answering & transferring calls, printing, faxing, & copying documents, checking & answering email, processing mail, registering clients, verifying insurance, recording client demographics, and collecting co-pays.

Will need to learn become proficient in our software and maintain client confidentiality. Will need to be flexible and a quick learner. Successful candidate must have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, be able to effectively multi-task, be a good team player, work in a fast paced environment and have excellent customer service skills. Must be dependable, professional, and client service oriented.

Hours of operation: Monday-Thursday: 7:45am-7:15pm; Friday: 7:45am-5:15pm
