Content Studio Intern

Here’s what you should know if you want to be a Content Studio Intern at R/GA:
Our in-house content studio allows us to create a wide range of video, motion, audio, 3D and computer graphics tailored to our exacting standards, at costs that are much lower than those accrued by hiring an outside production company. It consists of digital editors, animators, motion-graphics specialists and producers with broadcast experience who work together to conceive, create, and produce work that we think speaks for itself.
On any given day you might
- Help in coordinating agency new business materials like requests for information (RFI) and pitch presentations
- Partner with our Marketing Team to ensure content is being created per the New Business Development plan
- Help to maintain the new business development systems, process and internal operations to help support global new business activity (i.e.,: update and maintain content in Wiredrive, G-Suite, Salesforce, email newsletters, internal tools)
- Maintain an integrated master schedule for all marketing initiatives
- Draft press releases and create content for weekly internal newsletters
- Track R/GA coverage across publications and create weekly recap reports for executive team
- Provide administrative and logistical support on internal and external events, and new business meetings
- Track and share industry news

We will be accepting intern applicants until March 1st.
Our interview process begins with a Recruiter reviewing the application you are about to submit. After that we will contact you to complete a short assignment. Should you wow us with your creativity, we will set up a video or in-person interview, (depending on your location,) with a manager from the prospective team you’ve applied for.
Our internship will be from June 3rd - August 9th,(flexible depending your schedule.) This will be 40 hours a week, not part time.
