Illinois Office of Trade and Investment Marketing Internship | Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity

The Illinois Department of Commerce’s Office of Trade & Investment (OTI) is looking for a Marketing Intern for the Spring 2019 semester.

With its headquarters in Chicago and a network of foreign trade offices around the world, the Office of Trade & Investment is dedicated to helping small and medium sized businesses expand their global reach, increase exports abroad, and promote foreign direct investment in the Land of Lincoln. Our Marketing Intern will play a significant role in increasing awareness of OTI’s export promotion program.

Intern Duties

Work assignments will provide exposure to OTI’s full range of activities and services.

Intern assignments may include:

· Develop social media content and strategy

· Draft bureau marketing materials

· Assist OTI staff in the preparation of trade events and promotion

· Other duties as assigned

This internship does not provide any compensation or other financial assistance.
