Love movies? D-MAK Productions, one of the nation’s fastest growing production companies, is looking for qualified interns for the Summer and Fall 2019 semesters.
Intern will report to: Joseph Forte, which heads the Marketing Department (NOTE: THIS IS A REMOTE INTERNSHIP WORKING FROM YOUR HOME OR CAMPUS)
For the Internship, we will be focused on promoting our upcoming Fall 2019 college tour where we will be bringing our latest documentary 'Alpha Class', which gives a candid look at an American fraternity behind closed doors, to college campuses around the country.
Interns will assist on digital marketing campaigns to increase visibility on line and on social networks for upcoming tour, learn the strategy behind promotional and publicity work, interact with local press and media partners, and help reach audiences at the grassroots level.
We’re looking for bright, energetic, creative self-starters with strong detail orientation and excellent verbal and written communication skills. Communications, public relations and marketing majors are strongly encouraged, but all majors will be considered.
These positions are only open to those currently enrolled in an accredited college or university.
College Ambassadors (Unpaid):
- Work on all films released by D-MAK Productions during that semester.
- Work from home/campus and must have access to computer, Internet and phone service.
- Work on-site at evening movie screenings or events, as necessary.
- The number of hours worked is determined by project, averaging approximately 5-10 hours per week.
As part of the internship syllabus, college ambassadors must be on one weekly conference call with staff to document progress and keep aware of weekly tasks. College credit may be obtained for either position, as available from individual schools.
