As an account manager, you will serve as a key adviser to leaders of Fortune 1000 organizations, using your expertise to solve your clients’ most important problems.

Bringing bold and innovative strategies, you will address workplace challenges, uncover customer insights and drive key business outcomes. Conducting background research and market analysis will enable you to build client and industry expertise. Account managers play a key role in analyzing client data, directing project timelines, and creating and delivering powerful insights for client stakeholders. What you bring:
  • Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred
  • Minimum of four years of paid professional experience in talent acquisition, business development, entrepreneurship, management consulting or human capital consulting. Advanced degrees count toward years of experience
  • Experience in retail, healthcare, technology, manufacturing or the financial services industry is a bonus
  • Ability to work on-site at client locations and to travel as business demands
  • Track record of outstanding performance in education, activities and previous work experience
  • Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
