APPRISE has a position available for a Senior Policy Analyst to conduct evaluation research on energy programs. Our research portfolio includes evaluation of services delivered to low-income households (financial assistance, education and counseling, and energy efficiency measures), market transformation programs (residential home performance, commercial and industrial programs, renewable energy), and other types of technical assistance.

The ideal candidate would have an advanced degree in economics or another social science; at least two years of work experience; excellent writing, analytical, and interpersonal skills; experience with data manipulation and statistical analysis with SAS or Stata; and an interest in social programs.

Job responsibilities include research design, on-site observations and inspections, survey design and management, administrative interviews, programming and data analysis, and report writing.
