Junior Graphic/Web Design Intern Spring 2019

Looking for a creative, fun and rewarding graphic design internship? Well give us a ring, shoot us an email, or just damned drop in! We'd love to meet a student with current industry knowledge to interpret our client's needs and help our team create solutions with a high visual impact. You will work on a variety of projects, including websites, print collateral, brand development, product labeling/packaging, signage, trade show exhibits, apparel/merchandise, and more. Throughout the process you will be asked to cooperate with other designers, marketing/sales representatives, and the holy grail: clients.

The goal is to be effective, get the clients' message across, to have fun doing it, and to deliver exceptional service on time.

Qualifications:

* Proven graphic design experience

* Possession of creative flair, versatility, conceptual/visual ability and originality

* Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio

* Ability to interact, communicate and present ideas

* Up to date with industry software and technologies (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Wordpress, etc.)

* Accuracy and attention to detail

* Highly proficient in all design aspects

* Professionalism regarding time, costs, and deadlines

* Ability and knowledge of pre-press

* An understanding of the latest trends and their role within a commercial environment

* Ability to switch tasks on demand

* Minimum 3 yrs graphic design experience

* Clean driving history

* Punctuality and Timeliness
