Customer Service Specialist - FLEX TIME POSITIONS ONLY

- Have proficient PC skills including navigating multiple screens?
What is a Flex Time schedule?
- Ideal for individuals with availability that varies month to month or throughout the year
- You provide your availability a month in advance
- We schedule you for those hours we need you to work
- Peak season: 24 to 40 hours per week including some weekend shifts
- Peak season requirements: Includes Christmas season (11/23 to 12/24) and 1 additional peak season (10 days leading up to and including Valentine’s Day or Mother’s Day)
- Non-peak season: Hours vary based on business needs
- Training: Must complete 4 weeks of mandatory training. Two session choices are available:
- Monday to Friday 9a-6p
- Monday to Thursday 5:30p-10:30p, Saturday 9a-6p
