Revenue Assurance Intern

A little bit about our team:

The U.S. Shared Services organization is based in WMG’s Center of Excellence for Shared Services in Nashville, Tennessee. The center consists of five departments: Analysis, Licensing, Finance, Legal, and Reporting.

The Revenue Assurance team resides within the Analysis Department, and it is their job to ensure that WMG is paid on an accurate and timely basis. The team’s responsibilities include processing incoming payments, matching payments to 3^rd party licensing deals, and facilitating accurate and timely accounting entries – all while working collaboratively with other teams. In short, we deal with the data behind the music.

In this role, you will learn about the Revenue Assurance function as well as many of the inner-workings behind the scenes of the music industry. You will perform research, reconcile the accuracy of data from various sources, and problem-solve a variety of challenges with a top-notch team of bright professionals.
