Lakeland Magic Season Internship Program
LAKELAND MAGIC INTERNSHIPS
Length of program:
Lakeland Magic interns will acquire practical knowledge through hands-on experience and gain invaluable skills necessary to compete for careers in the sports industry when the program is completed. We offer the following internships: Gaming Operation & Community Relations Intern and Marketing & Communications Intern
Length of program:
- 11 month internship that runs July through May
- Most interns are Post Grad due to the time commitment expectations
- College junior, senior, and graduate level students
- Recent college graduates (up to 18 months following graduation date)
- Both positions require creative and design experience with proficiency in the Adobe Creative suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, etc.)
Compensation and Benefits:
- Minimum wage plus overtime
- Medical coverage option
Relocation Information:
- Relocation and housing expenses are the responsibility of the intern
- Reliable transportation is also needed
Working Hours:
- Office Hours - M-F, 9:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m.
- Most Interns work all game nights (24 home games + playoffs and finals) including weekends and holidays
