Our 10-week Summer Internship Program (June 4th -August 10th, 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday) in Hunt Valley, MD allows college students to get a glimpse into what it’s like to be a part of the McCormick family - rich in flavor, culture, and employee empowerment.

During your time as an Intern you will sharpen your leadership skills, work on real-world challenges, and collaborate with the best leaders in the industry. You will also have the opportunity to network with executives, participate in social events with other interns, and give back to the community. We are looking for the next generation of problem solvers to drive change within McCormick. Are you up for the challenge?

Our Sales and Marketing Organization is hiring for the 2018 Internship Program! We are working on defining each position and the projects the intern will be responsible for. More details to come soon!

Minimum Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in a 4-year undergraduate program with degree completion between December 2018 - June 2019
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a Business, Marketing, Communication, Sales or a related field
  • Minimum overall GPA of 3.0 or higher
  • Strong problem solving skills, including the ability to investigate complex issues and conduct root cause analysis to resolve problems
  • Must be able to prioritize and balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization
