Therapist / Substance Use Counselor

Pinwheel Healing Center is seeking a compassionate, dependable clinician to work with **Lincoln County Drug Court clients and outpatient behavioral health clients**.

**Responsibilities**

- Provide substance use treatment and outpatient behavioral health services within your license and scope of practice.- Complete assessments, individualized treatment plans, and clinical documentation.- Work with Lincoln County Drug Court participants to support recovery and treatment goals.- Coordinate with the Drug Court team and provide required progress reports in accordance with applicable consent and confidentiality requirements.- Complete clinical notes within 48 hours.- Maintain professional boundaries, confidentiality, and ethical standards.

**Qualifications**

- Current New Mexico license: **LADAC, LMHC, LMSW, LPCC, or LCSW**.- Interest in working with substance use, mental health, and treatment court populations.- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills.- Ability to provide in-person services in Lincoln County.- Treatment court experience is welcome.
