Peer Mentor

You're With Us is searching for peer mentors to work with our participants in a one-on-one capacity.  We are a non-profit and Department of Developmental services service provider that supports opportunities for inclusion and belonging for adults with disabilities.  We do this through a peer mentoring program, in which mentors are paired with individuals with disabilities, meeting one-on-one for several hours a week to engage in recreational activities together.  These pursuits range from visiting a museum to watching sports games and attending writing groups together.  We pair mentors/participants based on their shared interests, and the goal is to foster a genuine friendship.
