Pay Rate: $50.00/hr

Summary :

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate School Social Worker to provide in-person support to students in an Early Childhood through Kindergarten setting in Charlotte, Michigan. The ideal candidate will collaborate with students, families, teachers, and support staff to promote social, emotional, and behavioral success in the school environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct social work services to Early Childhood and Kindergarten students.




• Conduct assessments and help develop appropriate intervention strategies.




• Support students' social, emotional, and behavioral needs.




• Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to ensure student success.




• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student support plans as needed.




• Connect families with community resources and services.




• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with district and state requirements.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW).




• Valid School Social Worker credential/licensure in Michigan.




• Experience working with young children in educational settings preferred.




• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
