The Registered Respiratory Therapist plays a vital role in improving patient outcomes by delivering expert respiratory care to those experiencing respiratory insufficiencies. You'll work closely with a multidisciplinary care team to assess, treat, and monitor patients — making a real difference in some of their most critical moments.

What you'll do

Evaluate and treat patients experiencing respiratory insufficiencies, delivering hands-on, evidence-based care.Implement patient care plans and manage associated respiratory equipment, adjusting as clinical needs change.Monitor patients closely, document changes accurately, and communicate updates to the care team in real time.Assess the effectiveness of respiratory treatments, medications, and interventions based on patient outcomes and adjust accordingly.

About you

Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required.Clinical experience in respiratory care preferred.Strong assessment and critical thinking skills.Able to communicate clearly with patients, families, and clinical staff.Comfortable working in a fast-moving clinical environment.
