Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of students? We're seeking dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technicians to support students in school-based settings throughout North County San Diego, including Escondido, Oceanside, and Vista.
What You'll Do:
- Provide one-on-one behavioral support to students in classroom settings
- Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) under the direction of educational and clinical teams
- Support students with social, emotional, and behavioral goals
- Collect and document student progress data
- Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to promote student success
Qualifications:
- Experience working with children or adolescents preferred
- Background in behavioral health, special education, ABA, or related field is a plus
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable transportation to school sites
- Ability to pass required background screenings
