Pay Rate: $55.00/hr
Description:
Birch Agency is seeking a dedicated in-person School Psychologist (LTS) to support students within near White Bear Lake, MN. This long-term substitute opportunity will begin immediately and continue through the end of December or mid-January, providing critical psychological services at the high school level. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by supporting students' academic, behavioral, and social-emotional success through assessment, consultation, and collaboration.

Weekly Pay
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct psychological evaluations, assessments, and re-evaluations.
Support eligibility determination and special education evaluation processes.
Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams to address student needs.
Provide consultation regarding academic, behavioral, and social-emotional concerns.
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning.
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
Communicate effectively with families and school staff to support student success.
Qualifications:
Valid Minnesota School Psychologist License.
Strong assessment, report writing, and consultation skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
Knowledge of special education laws, procedures, and best practices.
Previous school-based experience preferred.
