$20 per hour

Part-time | Morning and Afternoon Shifts 

Schedule: Before Care: 6:45 a.m. – 8:00 a.m.

After Care: 2:30 p.m. – 5:45 p.m. / one shift per week changes to 12:30 p.m.- 5:45 p.m.

Position Overview: We are seeking a caring, reliable, and energetic lead teacher to join our team as Before and After School Care Staff.

This position plays an important role in leading and supporting a safe, positive, and engaging environment for students before and after school.

Responsibilities include: Leading the classroom and maintaining routine while supervising and engaging students in structured and unstructured activities.

Proactively maintaining a safe, welcoming environment and managing behavior.

Assisting with planning activities, helping with homework, and quiet time as needed.

Communicating effectively with the coordinator, parents, and school staff

Supporting daily routines, including snack time, games, activities, and cleanup

Qualifications: Experience working with school-aged children is a must; dependable, punctual, and enthusiastic.

Ability to manage groups of children positively and calmly.

Willing to work every day, especially on Wednesdays.

Must pass background and reference checks

Compensation: $20.00 per hour.
