Internship Program Details

Since 2016, the IACMI Internship Program has provided participants with a rich experience in hands-on learning and professional growth, offering opportunities to work on cutting-edge projects in emerging technologies. Each year, a limited number of interns are selected to showcase their internship experiences at IACMI’s annual Members Meeting, a premier event that brings together more than 300 attendees from across the IACMI membership

We are currently accepting applications for Summer Semester Interns!

  • Summer Semester: June 7th, 2027, to August 15th, 2027 (6 - 10 weeks)
  • Commitment: Full-time (40 hours per week) or Part-time (15 hours per week)

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Applicants must be United State Citizens. We do not provide visa sponsorship for internship opportunities.
  • Students must be enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program at a regionally accredited U.S. college or university, a vocational school, or two-year college program during the time of application and during the internship duration.
  • Students must hold a minimum of a 3.2 GPA, if enrolled in a Technical school, U.S. college or university.
  • Students must be 18 years of age or older at time of application.
  • Proof of valid health insurance coverage is required prior to application. Coverage must remain active for the full duration of the internship program.

Intern Benefits

  • Competitive Hourly Rate:
    • Undergraduate student interns, those enrolled in two-year vocational school or students enrolled in an associate degree program are offered up to $23.00 per hour. Graduate student interns are offered up to $28.00 per hour.
  • Housing Assistance: To help offset housing expenses, eligible full-time interns may receive up to $300.00 per week during the internship program, subject to case-by-case review and approval.
  • Relocation Assistance: Eligible full-time interns may receive up to $1,600.00 in 
    relocation support, subject to approval on a case-by-case basis.
