Are you passionate about helping children learn, grow, and prepare for kindergarten? We are looking for an energetic and nurturing teacher who loves creating engaging learning experiences and making a positive impact during such an important stage of early childhood development.

**Responsibilities include:**- Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate lessons and activities that promote kindergarten readiness.- Create a fun, nurturing, and structured classroom environment.- Support children's academic, social, emotional, and physical development.- Follow the Connecticut Early Learning and Development Standards (CT ELDS).- Encourage independence, problem-solving, early literacy, and math skills.- Observe and document children's growth and developmental progress.- Build positive relationships and maintain open communication with families.- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom.- Collaborate with fellow teachers and administration to provide the best possible care and education.

**Qualifications:**- Previous experience working with preschool-aged children - One year of preschool teaching experience - Knowledge of early childhood development and kindergarten readiness.- Strong communication, organization, and classroom management skills.- A positive attitude, patience, creativity, and a genuine love for working with children.- Must meet Connecticut OEC requirements for the position.
