Swift Solar is hiring a Process Technician to support its research and development team in San Carlos, California!
Swift Solar develops next-generation solar technology designed to improve energy efficiency and expand access to clean energy.
Position Responsibilities
Operate thin-film deposition and materials characterization equipment.
Conduct experiments alongside research scientists and engineers.
Maintain laboratory equipment and support technical operations.
Document experimental results and communicate findings.
Support process improvements and technical development.
Qualifications
2+ years of hands-on technical experience, including laboratory experience.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical instructions.
Experience handling delicate materials and equipment.
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and collaborate with technical teams.
Preferred experience: Semiconductor manufacturing, advanced manufacturing, laboratory operations, vacuum systems, electronics testing, or materials characterization.
Compensation & Benefits
$30–$40 per hour.
10% swing shift differential and 15% night shift differential.
