Who You Are
- Proven test mastery: 1550+ SAT or 35+ ACT (official score report required prior to onboarding)
- Top 20 University Student or Alumnus: Current junior, senior, or recent grad from a T20 school
- Clear Communicator: Able to explain complex problem-solving steps simply and build immediate rapport with students
- Prior Tutoring Experience: Test prep, TA experience, or other paid coaching experience strongly preferred
