Through school-based programming, mentorship, and community initiatives, we equip young women with the social-emotional skills, leadership tools, and supportive relationships they need to thrive.

About the Opportunity

Are you passionate about empowering the next generation of young women? Limitless Ambition is seeking enthusiastic, dependable, and engaging Program Facilitators to lead our signature Purposely Chosen Teen Program in local middle and high schools.

Purposely Chosen is a curriculum-based enrichment program serving girls ages 13–18. Through interactive lessons, group discussions, and mentorship, participants develop skills in confidence-building, emotional regulation, healthy relationships, goal-setting, leadership, and self-care.

As a Program Facilitator, you will serve as a positive role model, creating an encouraging environment where girls feel supported, valued, and inspired to reach their full potential.

This opportunity is ideal for college students, graduate students, emerging professionals, and individuals interested in education, social work, psychology, youth development, counseling, or nonprofit leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate engaging, curriculum-based sessions for groups of teen girls.

Create a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.

Build positive relationships with participants and school staff.

Encourage meaningful discussions, reflection, and personal growth.

Prepare for sessions and implement established lesson plans and activities.

Support participant engagement, attendance tracking, and program evaluations.

Communicate regularly with Limitless Ambition leadership regarding program progress and needs.

Serve as a positive role model and ambassador for Limitless Ambition by demonstrating professionalism, reliability, and strong interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

Passion for empowering girls and supporting positive youth development.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and group facilitation skills.

Ability to connect with and engage middle and high school students.

Dependable, organized, and comfortable leading group discussions.

Ability to work independently while following an established curriculum.

Experience in mentoring, teaching, coaching, youth programming, or community engagement is preferred but not required.

College students and recent graduates are encouraged to apply.

Must successfully complete a background check.

Time Commitment & Expectations

Commit to facilitating a complete 10-week program at an assigned school site.

Facilitate approximately one hour of programming per week, primarily during the school day.

Attend required facilitator training before beginning programming.

Participate in 2–3 program planning sessions and monthly check-ins.

Complete basic program documentation and participant assessments.

Have reliable transportation to assigned school sites. Mileage or gas expenses will be reimbursed.

Compensation & Professional Development

Starting compensation of $750 per school site for a 10-week program.
