Talent Acquisition Specialist (Entry Level)

Job Summary: Purple Drive Technologies, a staffing and consulting firm headquartered in Irvine, CA, is hiring an entry-level Talent Acquisition Specialist. This role is a great fit for a recent college graduate who wants to start a career in recruiting, sales, or HR. You’ll work directly with our recruiting team to find, engage, and place candidates with our clients. We’re a growing company, and there’s real room to grow here: our top performers move into full-cycle recruiting, account management, and leadership roles.

Key Responsibilities: 

- Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and our internal database 

- Conduct outbound calls to introduce candidates to open roles and screen for qualifications, interest, and availability - Schedule interviews and coordinate between candidates and hiring managers 

- Keep candidates engaged and informed throughout the hiring process - Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all candidate activity in our ATS 

- Work with recruiters and account leads to prioritize outreach on high-priority roles 

- Support offer, onboarding, and documentation steps as needed

What We’re Looking For: 

- Bachelor’s degree (either in progress or recent graduate) 

- Ability to work EST hours 

- Strong verbal and written communication skills, and comfort on the phone 

- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple candidates at once 

- Self-motivated and comfortable in a fast-paced, target-driven environment 

- Comfortable with Microsoft Office/ AI tools and quick to learn new software 

- Internship, campus job, sales, or customer-facing experience is a plus, but not required. We provide full training.

Schedule & Location: 

- Hours are 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM Pacific Time (Monday–Friday) 

- Full-time or part-time available 

-Fully in person at our Irvine office. Candidates should live within a reasonable commute of Irvine.

Job Type: Full-time, Part-time 

Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour
