Join a calm, child-centered classroom at a school families have trusted for 20 years. We’re hiring assistant teachers for our afternoon program, and we’ll train you in the Montessori approach. No Montessori experience is needed.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 12:00–6:00 PM (30 hours/week)Pay: $15–$22 per hour, based on education and experience

What you’ll do

Support the lead teacher in a classroom of children ages 3–6Guide children through daily routines, independent work, and group timeHelp prepare and maintain the classroom environmentEncourage kindness, independence, and problem-solvingCommunicate warmly with families at pick-up

You are

Patient, caring, and reliableStudying or experienced in early childhood education, education, psychology, or child development, or simply great with young childrenAble to pass Florida’s child care background screeningAvailable for the full afternoon schedule
