thinktank media and marketing is seeking a dynamic, highly motivated Multimedia Video & Motion Editor to join our growing team. As a top 10, full-service advertising agency in Phoenix, we manage an elite roster of regional and national brands.
In this role, you will own the post-production pipeline from assembly to final delivery. You will be directly responsible for the creative execution of high-impact video projects, transforming raw footage into polished, broadcast-ready stories all while maintaining an efficient workflow in a tight-turnaround, agency environment.
What you'll do
- Edit raw footage into finished video content for social media, web, and broadcast applications.
- Cut dialogue, b-roll, music, and sound effects together into cohesive sequences
- Apply color correction and basic color grading
- Create motion graphics and lower thirds
- Collaborate with producers on pacing, structure, and narrative
- Manage and organize project files and media assets (organization is key)
- Deliver final files in multiple formats and specs depending on platform
- Incorporate feedback quickly
About you
- 2+ years of professional video editing experience
- Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro; experience with After Effects is a plus
- Experience with color correction workflows
- Motion graphics background (some)
- Familiarity with audio mixing and sound design
- Experience editing for social platforms (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts)
- Solid understanding of brand guidelines, video pacing, storytelling, and visual rhythm
- Comfortable managing multiple projects under tight deadlines
- Strong communication skills
