BMB Relational Consulting is looking for a creative, reliable freelancer to help build and manage our social media presence.

We're a growing consulting business focused on addiction, recovery, behavioral health, professional speaking, workshops, and training.

**What we're looking for:** - Create engaging content for Instagram and LinkedIn - Design graphics, write captions, and edit short-form videos/Reels - Schedule posts and maintain a consistent content calendar - Help promote speaking engagements, workshops, and consulting services - Bring fresh ideas and work independently with minimal oversight

**Proposed monthly deliverables:** - 4 original social media posts, adapted for Instagram and LinkedIn - 1 short-form Reel using provided footage - Captions, scheduling, and a monthly content calendar

**Position details:** - Freelance, part-time - Starting budget: $200–$300 per month, depending on agreed deliverables - Flexible schedule - Initial three-month project with potential for ongoing work - College students, recent graduates, and early-career professionals encouraged to apply - Degree not required
