Part-Time Soccer Instructor — Afterschool Programs

Lightkeepers International LLC is seeking an experienced Soccer Instructor to lead engaging afterschool programs for Pre-K, elementary, and middle school students.

We are looking for a dependable, energetic instructor who knows how to teach soccer fundamentals through age-appropriate drills, games, and skill-building activities—and can confidently work with all three age groups.

Position Details

Schedule: Part-time, during afterschool hours

Engagement: Contract-based only

Eligibility: Open only to U.S. residents

Responsibilities

Plan and lead soccer sessions tailored to students’ ages, abilities, and developmental needs.

Teach foundational skills, including dribbling, passing, shooting, ball control, and teamwork.

Use engaging drills and small-sided games to keep students active and involved.

Adapt instruction for Pre-K, elementary, and middle school groups.

Maintain a safe, positive, and inclusive environment.

Encourage sportsmanship, confidence, cooperation, and respect.

Communicate professionally with program staff and follow site procedures.

Qualifications

Prior experience coaching soccer or leading youth soccer instruction is required.

Strong knowledge of soccer fundamentals and age-appropriate drills.

Ability to work effectively with all three age groups: Pre-K, elementary, and middle school.

Strong group-management, communication, and organizational skills.

A patient, encouraging approach and a genuine interest in working with children.

Reliability, punctuality, and availability during afterschool hours.
