Entry-Level Account Sales Manager

What You'll Do

As an Entry-Level Account Sales Manager, you'll work directly with customers and represent our clients in a professional, engaging environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Customer Engagement: Create a welcoming, professional experience through face-to-face interactions with customers.
• Account Management: Assist customers with account information, new orders, upgrades, renewals, and service options.
• Consultative Sales: Understand customer needs and recommend solutions that best fit their goals and circumstances.
• Product & Service Knowledge: Learn our clients' products, services, promotions, and account processes through our comprehensive training program.
• Technology & Data Entry: Use tablet-based technology and company software to process customer information and orders accurately and efficiently.
• Performance Tracking: Track daily activity and results while working closely with your team and leadership.
• Team Collaboration: Work alongside experienced team members and leaders in a supportive, goal-oriented environment.
