Teach TEAS classes online: $60/hour

Have you conquered the TEAS exam (and actually kind of enjoyed it)? Do you have the on-camera presence to teach, energize, and reassure candidates facing a high-stakes exam? If you're experienced in leading live classes and have a professional-grade video setup, Varsity Tutors wants YOU to join our team of top-tier livestream instructors.

We're offering $60 per hour and flexible, work-from-home scheduling for energetic, charismatic TEAS instructors to teach live online classes to motivated candidates nationwide.

About the Role

As a Varsity Tutors Live Classes Instructor, you'll teach exam prep classes to candidates in need of strategy and confidence to pass their TEAS exam. You'll lead classes in real time through high-quality streaming, using interactive tools like chat and polls to work through practice questions, clarify high-yield concepts, and share the strategies that got you (and your mentees) to passing scores.

What We're Looking For

  • Elite scores on an official TEAS exam

  • Real-world professional experience: you can connect exam content to actual practice, which is exactly what candidates trust

  • Teaching or tutoring experience, particularly with standardized exams

  • Experience teaching, precepting, mentoring, or tutoring exam candidates

  • Charismatic, camera-ready presence: you can make dense, high-stakes material clear, engaging, and even fun

  • A professional-quality video and audio setup that ensures your classes broadcast with clarity and reliability

Why You'll Love Working with Us

  • Above-industry pay: $60/hour for your time and expertise

  • Flexible schedule: Choose your own schedule

  • High-stakes impact: Help candidates launch their career

  • Motivated adult learners: Your students are invested: they show up prepared and ready to engage
