Verizon’s expanded presence following the Frontier acquisition opens a larger customer opportunity—and Vega Innovations, a sales firm in San Bernardino, is looking for an Entry Level Assistant Manager to help support it. The Entry Level Assistant Manager works alongside the sales team, helps organize daily priorities, and assists with in-person sales tasks.

As an Entry-Level Assistant Manager, you will join a program built for future leaders. You will engage with customers in person, helping them discover how the Frontier-Verizon partnership makes their daily lives easier. The Entry Level Assistant Manager’s training will cover everything from leadership to the sales skills that turn sales conversations into connections.

Responsibilities of the Entry Level Assistant Manager

• Help direct in-person sales tasks, ensuring representatives consistently share how Frontier and Verizon joining forces benefits everyday customers.
• Train and mentor new sales reps on the campaign story in person, keeping it simple: faster internet, dependable mobile service, one reliable network.
• Step into in-person sales conversations when needed, modeling the warmth and honesty that close sales without pressure.
• Monitor the team's customer acquisition progress, breaking sales goals into daily habits that make success repeatable.
• Review individual sales performance with each rep, pairing honest feedback with practical coaching that builds confidence.
• Keep the customer at the center of every decision, reminding the team that trust—not tactics—is what grows the campaign.

Qualifications of the Entry Level Assistant Manager

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Passionate about management, sales, or telecommunications is a plus.
• Team‑oriented mindset that supports shared sales goals and campaign success.
