The Program Experience:
The EOS Program combines structured development with real-world sales responsibility.
Your journey begins with a 6-week Sales Bootcamp in Worcester, MA, where you'll receive immersive sales training, business education, customer engagement experience, and networking opportunities with leaders across Saint-Gobain. Company-provided housing is included during Bootcamp.
Following training, you'll work in a full-time remote field sales role within your assigned territory while participating in ongoing EOS development activities, including:
- Virtual and in-person sales training
- Interactive learning experiences
- Networking opportunities with peers and leaders
- Action-based development projects
Program participants spend approximately 80% of their time supporting their territory and 20% focused on EOS development activities.
Upon successful completion of the program, EOS Representatives will be considered for a final placement role within their host business. Placement discussions begin approximately halfway through the program to provide ample time for the participant, host business, and Human Resources team to align on long-term career goals. Provided that performance expectations are met, participants will receive a designated final placement offer from their host business; however, employees remain free to pursue other opportunities within Saint-Gobain should they choose not to accept that offer.
