Private Equity Intern (Remote)

Winterford Capital is hiring driven college students for its internship program, a pivotal part of the firm that drives deal origination and deal assessments. The opportunity provides students with valuable and marketable experience within private equity.

Responsibilities:

1. Research specific industry segments
2. Sourcing new investment opportunities 
3. Conduct preliminary deal assessments
4. Assist with due diligence on live deals

Qualifications:

1. Sophomore, Junior, or Senior in a leading undergraduate program in the US
2. Strong preference given to candidates that have prior experience in deal sourcing within private equity
