About Us

NutriGardens® is an Oregon-based sports nutrition and active health company founded in 2012, with a history of working with professional, Olympic, and collegiate sports teams. Our newest brand, Red Spinach Company®, offers clinically studied, plant-based sports nutrition products as an alternative to traditional beetroot supplements.

We're looking for a motivated, creative college student to help grow our brand through authentic social media engagement, influencer relationships, and targeted outreach.

Responsibilities

Influencer Outreach: Identify and connect with carefully selected Instagram influencers, particularly athletes, fitness enthusiasts, and sports nutrition advocates. Invite them to try our products and share honest reviews, posts, or Reels.

Instagram Growth: Help attract a targeted, engaged following interested in fitness, endurance, sports nutrition, and healthy living. Focus on genuine relationships and quality followers rather than numbers alone.

Reddit Engagement: Identify relevant conversations about sports nutrition, dietary nitrates, beetroot supplements, and related products. Participate thoughtfully and transparently, disclosing your company affiliation when appropriate.

Tracking & Reporting: Maintain simple records of influencer outreach, responses, product trials, published content, follower growth, and engagement. Help identify which activities produce meaningful results.

Qualifications

Current college student studying marketing, communications, business, sports, nutrition, or a related field.

Familiarity with Instagram, Reels, Reddit, and social media trends.

Strong written communication skills and confidence reaching out to new people.

Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently.

Willingness to take initiative, suggest creative ideas, and experiment with new approaches.

Familiarity with AI tools is a plus.

Interest in fitness, athletics, sports nutrition, or wellness is helpful.
