Swim Coach - Edgewater
Aspire Aquatics is an Orlando swim school built around one idea: Confidence in the Water. Skills for Life. We're hiring a Swim Coach for our Edgewater location at Aqua Park, a heated indoor pool, where lessons begin November 3, 2026.
Schedule
- Tuesdays and Thursdays, 4:00-6:00 PM
- Saturdays, 9:00-11:00 AM
Pay and training
- $18-$20 per hour
- Paid training
What you'll do
- Teach small group classes (maximum 3 swimmers per class), semi-private (2:1) and private (1:1) lessons
- Coach across our programs: Parent and Child, Youth (Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced) and Adult
- Follow the Aspire skill tree and record attendance and swimmer progress in the iClassPro Staff Portal
- Keep every lesson safe, encouraging and focused on building confidence in the water
- Complete Aspire staff training, including our Emergency Action Plan (EAP) training
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- CPR, First Aid, and Lifeguard or WSI certification required, or earned before your first class
