Children's Minister (Part-Time)

Overview

Pleasant Grove Methodist Church is seeking a part-time (10-15 hours per week) Children’s Minister. The Children’s Minister is responsible for the oversight and leadership of the children’s ministry and all the volunteer teams who serve within the ministry. He or She should be a servant leader who will nurture a spiritual foundation for children, birth through 5th grade, and their families.

Qualifications 

● Must be a Christian with sound moral character 

● Must be confident, responsible, organized, and able to lead 

● Should have basic knowledge of Biblical Christian Principles and willingness to uphold the doctrinal standards of the Global Methodist Church 

● Experience or willingness to receive training in working with children with special needs (preferred)
