Marketing & Communications Coordinator

The Marketing & Communications Coordinator (MCC) is the champion of The STEM Connection's established voice and brand and key storyteller for STEM education at TSC. Our farm setting plays a supporting character alongside participants as they engage in STEM experiences through field trips, summer camp, volunteering, and more. You will get to witness and tell the impactful stories of meaningful learning, exploration, and curiosity as it happens.

As the MCC, your daily rhythm flows with the program season. On active programming days, you might spend the morning capturing vibrant photos of youth in action, gathering direct quotes, and drafting social posts. On a regular basis, you will craft email newsletters, design key promotional digital graphics and collateral for upcoming campaigns or events. Quieter days can shift toward strategic focus—analyzing engagement analytics and refining brand messaging across communication channels.

TSC is a non-profit organization that engages youth in STEM principles through accessible, nature-related experiences with a commitment to those who are underrepresented in STEM careers. TSC offers experiential STEM programming for youth both in person and virtually, fueling dreams and inspiring futures in STEM. In collaboration with community partners, we deliver award-winning, relevant services that empower and impact youth for today and tomorrow. TSC is committed to being a diverse, equitable, inclusive, and accessible organization.
