Program Coordinator
The Program Coordinator supports the emotional well-being, curiosity, and sense of belonging of children served by The STEM Connection (TSC). Based in our farm barn office, your daily work will span outdoor farm spaces, local schools, and community events. By training staff, using social-emotional tools, and designing inclusive STEM experiences, you will lead program support for camp, field trip execution, and community outreach.
Our Programs Team adapts dynamically across seasons. For example, summer days focus on direct camper engagement, parent communication, staff radio support, and team debriefs. Winter shifts toward off-site logistics of reverse field trips—loading materials, supporting facilitators at schools, capturing photos of hands-on learning, and resetting for upcoming adventures.
TSC is a non-profit organization that engages youth in STEM principles through accessible, nature-related experiences with a commitment to those who are underrepresented in STEM careers. TSC offers experiential STEM programming for youth both in person and virtually, fueling dreams and inspiring futures in STEM. In collaboration with community partners, we deliver award-winning, relevant services that empower and impact youth for today and tomorrow. TSC is committed to being a diverse, equitable, inclusive, and accessible organization.
