We serve government, commercial, industrial, and residential clients throughout the United States.

We are seeking an organized, proactive, and results-driven Operations Manager to support our daily operations and continued growth.

About the Role

The Operations Manager will work closely with company leadership to coordinate teams, manage resources, improve operational efficiency, and ensure projects and daily activities run smoothly.

This position requires strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and quality.
• Coordinate field teams, subcontractors, vendors, and schedules.
• Manage staffing, resources, budgets, and operational expenses.
• Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines and company standards are met.
• Identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions.
• Improve processes to increase efficiency and productivity.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
• Ensure compliance with safety requirements and company policies.
• Prepare operational reports and updates for company leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations management, construction management, or a related leadership role preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple teams, projects, and priorities.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work effectively under pressure.
• Experience with budgeting, scheduling, and resource management preferred.
• Experience in construction, security systems, gate automation, electrical/low-voltage systems, or government contracting is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Construction Management, or a related field preferred but not required.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
