What You Will Do as a Customer Outreach Representative
- Represent charity partners at community events, business venues, and high-traffic locations to spark conversations and promote awareness
- Engage with donors directly, listen to their interests, and share impactful stories about the charity partners you represent
- Present information about campaigns in a clear, approachable, and inspiring way that encourages involvement and support
- Support the donor experience by helping with contributions and answering questions with accuracy and care
- Collaborate with your Customer Outreach Representative team to share ideas, refine outreach strategies, and improve campaign results
- Participate in daily Customer Outreach Representative training to sharpen communication, leadership, and client relations skills
