Part-Time Gymnastics, Aerial Silks & Cheer Coach

Job type: Part-timePay: $12–$15 per hour, based on experience

About the role:We're looking for energetic, safety-minded coaches to lead gymnastics, aerial silks, and/or cheer classes. You don't need to teach all three — tell us which disciplines you're comfortable coaching. This is a great fit for students and recent grads who love movement and working with athletes of all ages and skill levels.

Responsibilities:- Plan and lead fun, structured classes in gymnastics, aerial silks, and/or cheer- Teach proper technique, progressions, conditioning, and flexibility- Spot athletes safely and enforce gym safety rules and equipment checks- Track athlete progress and communicate with parents when needed- Help set up and clean up equipment before and after classes- Support camps, open gyms, showcases, or events as scheduled

Qualifications:- Experience as a gymnast, aerialist, cheerleader, or coach in at least one of these disciplines- Comfortable working with kids and teens; patient, positive, and reliable- Strong communication skills and a team-player attitude- Available evenings and/or weekends.
