This is a first-party collections role where you will work directly with customers to resolve past-due consumer and commercial accounts. You will manage inbound and outbound collection calls, discuss outstanding balances, and help customers identify solutions for credit card and loan accounts.

What You Will Do- Manage inbound and outbound collection calls regarding past-due consumer and commercial accounts
- Work with customers to resolve outstanding balances on credit card and loan accounts
- Discuss account solutions while maintaining a professional, respectful, and empathetic approach
- Manage a daily collections caseload and prioritize follow-up activities
- Meet performance goals for quality, productivity, adherence, and account resolution
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to handle sensitive collections conversations with professionalism and empathy
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- The ability to multitask in a fast-paced, structured environment
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
