Are you a college student passionate about working with kids and discovering your path in education, leadership, or youth development? Mount Tom Day Camp is looking for Senior Counselors to guide campers, encourage new challenges, and help create a fun, safe, and engaging summer.
Senior Counselors work closely with Group Leaders, supporting staff and campers, and helping children make friends, try new activities, and thrive in camp culture.
What You’ll Do
- Build meaningful connections with campers and help them grow
- Support Group Leaders in daily group management
- Encourage campers to take on new challenges and learn new skills
- Mentor and support other counselors
- Maintain a safe, fun, and positive camp environment
- Who We’re Looking For
- College students who love working with kids and are ready to lead by example
- Positive, responsible, energetic, and team-oriented individuals
- Previous camp experience a plus, but passion and enthusiasm matter most
