Mount Tom Day Camp is hiring Group Leaders to guide camper groups through a safe, joyful, and well-structured summer. Group Leaders are experienced professionals who understand children, group dynamics, and the unique culture of camp.

This Role Is Ideal For

• Oversee a counselor and camper group to ensure daily goals are met
