  • Demonstrated experience creating social media graphics and editorial-style designs.
  • Demonstrated experience editing short-form video content.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar creative tools.
  • Strong understanding of typography, composition, visual hierarchy, and brand consistency.
  • Comfortable receiving feedback and collaborating remotely.

Experience with After Effects, Premiere Pro, motion graphics, or animation is a plus.

What You’ll Gain

  • Mentorship from our Principal Creative Director and Visual Media Lead.
  • Guided experience across multiple creative disciplines.
  • Opportunities to develop design and editing techniques through structured feedback.
  • Exposure to collaborative agency processes and creative workflows.
  • Opportunities to create portfolio-ready learning projects, subject to client approval and confidentiality requirements.

Internship Structure

This is a remote, unpaid internship with a proposed term of December 5, 2026, through March 5, 2027.

The experience emphasizes structured learning, mentorship, and practical skill development. Activities will be planned around participants’ learning objectives and academic commitments.

Our internship opportunities are volunteer-to-permanent.  Offers for paid gigs are extended to exceptional interns once a cohort ends.

How to Apply

Please submit:

  • Your résumé.
  • A portfolio featuring graphic design and editorial or social content projects.
  • At least two examples of video editing work, such as Reels, promotional videos, motion graphics, or short-form storytelling.

We encourage applicants to identify which portions of collaborative projects they personally created.  We’re especially interested in creatives who can move comfortably between static design and video while adapting to different brand aesthetics.
