Requirements

Compensation and Fees

This is an independent-contractor opportunity, not a traditional W-2 position. Compensation is performance-based, and earnings are not guaranteed.

 ● Background-check fee: Applicants are responsible for a $99 fee. The fee is reimbursed after obtaining the required state or provincial license within the applicable timeframe and in accordance with program requirements.

 ● Software fee: A $25 monthly fee applies for access to educational materials, development resources, and the customer relationship management system.

 ● Licensing costs: State or provincial licensing costs are covered by the company, subject to applicable program requirements.
