Entry Level Management Trainee Responsibilities

• Learn daily business operations, sales processes, and customer engagement strategies
• Build professional relationships with prospective and existing customers
• Present products and services based on customer needs
• Support customer account management and new client acquisition
• Assist with daily business development and sales initiatives
• Track individual performance, customer interactions, and business goals
• Collaborate with team members to improve productivity and results
