Position Overview

At True2You Providers, we recognize the powerful role fathers and positive male figures can play in the lives of children and families.

We are seeking passionate, relationship-driven individuals to serve as Father Engagement Specialists. This position focuses on helping fathers strengthen their relationships with their children, develop effective parenting skills, overcome personal barriers, and become more actively involved in their families' lives.

Key Responsibilities- Build supportive, trusting relationships with fathers and father figures.- Provide individualized guidance focused on parenting, accountability, communication, and personal development.- Encourage positive father-child relationships and meaningful family involvement.- Help fathers identify personal goals, overcome challenges, and access community resources.- Support the development of healthy co-parenting practices.- Document services, progress, and outcomes in accordance with agency requirements.

Preferred Qualifications- Background in social work, psychology, human services, education, mentoring, or related fields.- Experience in fatherhood initiatives, youth development, family services, or community outreach.- Strong interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills.- Ability to motivate, encourage, and support individuals from diverse backgrounds.- Willingness to complete required background checks and training.
