Looking for an opportunity to earn money, challenge yourself, and become a more confident communicator? Our SunPower solar sales team is looking for ambitious, motivated people who are excited to learn.

College students and recent graduates from all majors are encouraged to apply. We value your work ethic, attitude, and willingness to improve.

What you’ll do

* Start conversations with homeowners about residential solar. * Learn to explain solar options clearly and answer common questions. * Identify interested homeowners and help them take the next step in the sales process. * Participate in team training, practice, and coaching. * Work toward sales goals and use feedback to improve.

Skills you’ll build

* Communication: Start conversations, ask better questions, and explain ideas confidently. * Sales and persuasion: Understand customer needs, handle objections, and communicate value. * Relationship building: Develop trust and connect with different personalities. * Time management: Organize your day, follow up, and take ownership of your goals. * Resilience: Learn to handle rejection and stay consistent through challenges.

Who we’re looking for

You don’t need a sales background. You should be:

* Ambitious and motivated by personal growth. * Coachable and willing to put feedback into practice. * Comfortable meeting new people—or excited to build that confidence. * Dependable, accountable, and willing to put in consistent effort. * Committed to treating homeowners honestly and respectfully.

Earning potential

Our reps average $7,000–$9,000 per month. Individual earnings vary based on hours worked and sales performance; this average is not guaranteed pay.

Full-time and part-time opportunities are available.
