Influencer Growth & Analytics Intern

About the Role

maude is seeking an Influencer Growth & Analytics Intern to help build a measurable, revenue-focused creator program at a modern intimacy brand.

Working closely with our Marketing team, you’ll combine research, data analysis, and relationship building to identify promising creators, evaluate partnership opportunities, and understand what drives sales. You’ll also explore how AI can improve creator discovery, research, reporting, and program operations.

This role is ideal for someone interested in the intersection of consumer brands, economics, technology, and growth. You should be as curious about why a partnership converts as you are about who a brand works with.

What You’ll Learn & Do

  • Research and identify creators whose audiences, content, and performance align with maude’s products and growth goals
  • Help build a structured creator database and pipeline, from initial research through outreach, activation, and performance tracking
  • Evaluate potential partnerships using audience alignment, engagement quality, estimated costs, and revenue potential
  • Use AI tools to support research, organize information, and improve workflows, checking outputs for accuracy and relevance
  • Support creator outreach, product seeding, affiliate partnerships, and follow-ups
  • Help track partnership costs, content delivery, traffic, conversions, and attributable revenue
  • Build and maintain spreadsheets and simple dashboards that make performance easy to evaluate
  • Help develop a consistent approach to testing creators, content formats, and offers
  • Identify patterns in results and recommend where to expand, adjust, or stop investing
  • Coordinate with the Marketing team to organize creator content for potential use across paid advertising, email, and the website

Who You Are

  • Analytically minded, with an interest in how marketing decisions translate into revenue
  • Curious about partnership economics, customer acquisition, and consumer behavior
  • Comfortable working with numbers, spreadsheets, and incomplete information
  • Familiar with AI tools and thoughtful about how to use them effectively
  • Interested in Instagram, TikTok, affiliate marketing, and the evolving creator landscape
  • A strong researcher who can turn findings into clear recommendations
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to build systems and follow through
  • A thoughtful communicator with an understanding of brand identity and aesthetics
  • Proactive, curious, and comfortable learning within a small team

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled as a junior or senior in college, studying economics, finance, business analytics, mathematics, computer science, marketing, or a related field
  • Eligible to receive academic credit through your college or university
  • Available for 8–16 hours per week during the academic term
  • Able to attend the WSA office in Manhattan approximately 1–2 days per week, with remaining scheduled hours completed remotely
  • Available for regular remote check-ins during agreed working hours
  • Comfortable using Google Workspace and spreadsheets, including formulas and basic data analysis
  • Experience using AI tools for research, analysis, or workflow improvement, whether through coursework, personal projects, or previous work
  • Strong written communication and research skills
  • Prior influencer marketing experience is welcome but not required. We value analytical thinking, initiative, and a willingness to learn.

What You’ll Gain

  • Direct mentorship from a small, experienced brand and marketing team
  • Hands-on experience helping build a creator program with clear performance measures
  • Practical skills in partnership evaluation, affiliate marketing, reporting, and growth experimentation
  • Experience applying AI to real business workflows
  • An understanding of how a consumer brand connects creative decisions, marketing investment, and revenue

How to Apply

  • Please submit your resume and a brief introduction explaining your interest in maude and this role. Include an example of how you’ve used data or AI to answer a question, solve a problem, or improve a process. Coursework and personal projects are welcome.

  • Why their audience and content fit the brand
  • What you would want to know before recommending a partnership
